Matinee Manis, https://www.matineemanis.com (“website”), which is operated by Victoria Carr aka MJ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides visitors information on the website as a public service, subject to the following terms and conditions (“Disclaimer”). The term “you” refers to any visitor, viewer or user of the website and/or any user of any free or paid program, product, course or service of the Company (each, a “Product”).

SHIPPING

All orders, regardless of club option, ship once a month within 5 - 7 business days of the collection order deadline.  You will be notified via your order email should any delays arise.

Shipping options are dependent upon which club you've chosen and its included shipping. 

  • GUEST STAR - Ships Economy at a rate of $8.99 USD. 

  • BOX OFFICE CLUB - Ships Economy at a discounted rate of $5.00 USD.

  • RED CARPET CLUB - Ships Economy at a Free rate of $0.00 USD. 

  • VIP CLUB - Ships Economy at a Free rate of $0.00 USD.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment.

Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active.

INTERNATIONAL | We ship to all 50 United States.  We currently do not offer shipping internationally.  Please note this is subject to change without notice. 

DELIVERY

ECONOMY: Delivers within 5-7 business days depending on carrier and barring any unforeseen delays.

PRIORITY: Delivers within 3-5 business days depending on carrier and barring any unforeseen delays.

Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped. Shipping estimates do not include our normal processing time, or the time it takes the shipping carrier to pick up the order from us.

RETURNS

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

We do not accept returns at this time.
